1. Order Processing Time
All orders are carefully handpicked and prepared at our studio. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing before your item is dispatched for shipping. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers
We currently ship to a wide range of international destinations. Your order will be shipped via our trusted international carrier partners, such as DHL, FedEx, or local postal services, depending on your location and the selected service level.

3. Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Times
At checkout, you will be presented with available shipping methods and their associated costs, calculated based on your delivery address and order size. Estimated delivery times begin from the date of dispatch (after processing) and are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days

  • Express Shipping: 3-7 business days

Please note: These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery times can be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance procedures, local holidays, or unforeseen carrier delays.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated in real time at checkout based on the total weight of your items and your delivery address. Any applicable promotions offering free or discounted shipping will be automatically applied.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account on our website.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international shipments, please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost paid to Poshazen. We cannot predict or control these charges. For more information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

7. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly and completely at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you need to correct your address, please contact us immediately at poshazen@outlook.com. If your order has already been shipped, we may not be able to reroute it.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages
Poshazen is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as "delivered" by the carrier. If your tracking information shows a delivery confirmation but you have not received your package, we recommend first checking with neighbors or your local post office. Please contact us if the issue persists, and we will assist you in filing an inquiry with the shipping carrier.

9. Combined Shipments
If you place multiple orders in a short period, we may combine them into a single shipment. You will receive a notification with updated tracking information if this occurs.
